There is a folder is called Objects under the Visualiser directory which contains a number of CSV files that can be used to easily move objects and setups between different visualiser theatres.

Below is a guide on how to do so and to use the CSV file the best.  Thanks to Andy Barak-Smith for the article:

Firstly, open the theatre that has the objects you want.
Select [DESIGN](if you are in Run mode)
Select [File]
Select [EXPORT Report]

This will open a save dialogue for the .csv report, which is normally used to patch the Pearl so it matches Vis. The .csv (comma separated value) is a simple text file that contains all the attributes of the theatre, size and objects. You might want to create a CSV folder here, to keep all your lovely new objects in. Give the .csv file a name.
Select [Save] to save the report.
Now you will have a report that contains everything from the theatre that just generated it.

As you are not going to want to load everything back into your theatre, you will need to remove the bits that you don't want then re save the .csv file. Obviously you only do this once, to isolate the various objects you want.

To edit the report, open it in a spreadsheet like Excel. The .csv report contains numbers and text that describe the object type (truss, fixture etc) and all the other attributes, such as position. Delete want you don't need and remember to edit the CSV dimensions so that they match your new theatre's dimensions. Otherwise this could lead to your theatre dimensions suddenly changing when you ;import the report. Now when you re-save you should just have the objects you want (remember to re-save it as a .csv file). Save it to your .csv folder for later use.

When you want to use the object in another theatre, simply:
Select [DESIGN](if you are in Run mode)
Select [File]
Select [IMPORT Report]
And then select the .csv object.

If you don't use Excel you can edit your .csv files in notepad. To do this right click on the .csv object then select [Open with] and then [Notepad]. So when the save dialogue says the file already exists, select yes to overwrite. Making use of .csv objects can be very useful, particularly when programming offsite.

Some basic csv templates are available in the visualiser personality updater. They can be found in the Templates folder, alongside the Personalities and Extensions folders.
