Lighting Designer Luca Modesti chose a Tiger Touch for a huge New Year party for over 15,000 people in Padova. The line-up of Djs featured Keller, Tommy Vee and Mauro Ferrucci, alongside guest vocalists and dancers.
Luca controlled over 50 moving lights, along with strobes, LED, conventionals, Co2 cannons and pyro. He used the Tiger Touch, plus an external touchscreen and a MIDI keyboard to give him maximum control. Luca said “I ran the whole event live so that I could really use the lights to enhance the music. A combination of shapes, pixel map effects and palettes kept things interesting. The desk is really fun to perform on.”
Luca did all the design and programming, while setup was taken care of by Hollywood Service, Vicenza.
